School Day
Gorsefield Primary School runs a before and after school provision, GPS Rangers. GPS Rangers caters for up to 32 children ages 4 to 11 following the guidelines set out by Ofsted. All of the GPS Range staff work at the school and so the adults know the children well and are all qualified in food hygiene, first aid and safeguarding. GPS Rangers club starts at 8am- 8.50am and 3.30pm -6.00pm. For more information, visit the GPS Rangers icon on the school website.
The school gates open at 8.45am, please ensure you arrive at this time so your child can enter school and begin their learning at 8.50am prompt. All gates and doors close at 8.50am.
School learning starts at 8.50am- 3.30pm. This equates to 33 hours and 20 minutes per week. This includes breaktimes and lunchtime, but not include optional before or after school activities or GPS Rangers.
